WE LOVE EVERYTHING!!! Michael is so kind and gentle with our littel girl! From start to finish, grooming takes about an hour and Lexi looks gorgeous! She doesn't have to sit in a crate and be thirsty, hungry and unhappy for hours while waiting to be groomed and we don't have to travel to take her or pick her up. Michael makes things so much easier on all of us!

I RECOMMEND MICHAEL AND PUPPY LOVE TO EVERYONE!!! Michael shows such gentle love when he takes Lexi from my arms. He knows how to properly groom a poodle and he makes the most beautiful round puffy tail. In our neighborhood, Lexi is known as "Miss America" ... the prettiest dog around! Lexi is groomed every six weeks to ensure that she is always looking great! I have had toy poodles since 1967 ... and I know a great groomer when I see the results of talent and TLC!!!

Puppy Love has been my groomer for about 10 yrs. (Trouble just turned 12 on Dec.1st). Having had dogs most of my life and having used various groomers in the past, Puppy Love has been a godsend. Michael ABSOLUTELY loves his job, which is evident through the care and compassion he shows, not only to the pet, but to the pet owner as well. He's professional to the utmost, and never hesitates to accommodate the owners schedule as much as possible. When I tell Trouble that Michael's coming to give him a bath (usually the night before), his tail starts wagging and he runs to look out the window, and I have to say "not now, tomorrow"...lol. The next morning Trouble watches out the window for the van and lets me know when Michael has arrived, tail just wagging. I'm not quite sure what kind of "relationship" those two have, because as soon as the bell rings Trouble tries to hide, but after he's been groomed, he's all over Michael and barking like he doesn't want Michael to leave. Maybe what he's really saying is "thanks Mike, my buddy, I feel sooo much better and I smell better too..... I love you man, see you in a few weeks" (smile). I get reminder calls of when he is coming and he is ALWAYS on time. I love the convenience of having my dog groomed right outside my door. It takes about an hour.
